Strength has been increasing, but am somewhat fatigued from 5 workouts in a row. Probably should take today or tomorrow off, then try to get another 5/6 in a row.

Fat has been coming off at a very good pace, muscle is adding less so, probably due to decreased calories in my diet (running around 1600-2000 for the last week).

Looking forward to trying out my new body fat measuring scale device...
